We built Talmage because we wanted a better way to engage with the scriptures daily — something that teaches, not just reminds. Named after Elder James E. Talmage, whose devotion to understanding and teaching the gospel has inspired generations, our app carries that same commitment: helping members of the Church go deeper with the word of God.
Talmage is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It is a companion to your personal and family study — not a replacement for official Church materials or resources.
Talmage began as his idea, born from a desire to improve how members learn the gospel. A lifelong learner who believes education should be fun, Esteban is a product designer and app builder whose faith and creativity meet in every project he touches. He leads design and product for Talmage, driven by a conviction that beautiful, useful tools can deepen discipleship.

By downloading, installing, or using the Talmage app ("the App") or visiting talmageapp.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App or Site. These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
Talmage is an independent scripture study companion app developed by Talmage LLC. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The App is intended to complement — not replace — official Church scriptures, manuals, and study materials.
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Talmage offers both a free tier and a paid subscription called Super Talmage, as well as optional purchases such as streak freezes. The features available under each tier are described within the App and may change over time. All billing, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple through the App Store and governed by Apple's own terms and policies. Talmage LLC does not process payments directly and never receives or stores your card details.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not:
All content within the App and Site — including text, design, graphics, lesson content, and code — is owned by or licensed to Talmage LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.
Scripture text used within the App is sourced from public domain translations unless otherwise noted. Come, Follow Me is a curriculum owned by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints; Talmage LLC makes no claim of ownership over that curriculum.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Talmage LLC does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Lesson content is intended for personal study and spiritual enrichment and does not constitute official doctrinal instruction from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talmage LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify users through the App or via email for material changes. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Talmage LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Talmage app ("the App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App and website at talmageapp.com.
We may collect the following types of information:
We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers. We share data only with the providers needed to operate the app: Google (Firebase authentication and database, Google Sign-In), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Apple (payments). Leaderboard data (username and point rank) may be visible to members of your league within the app. We may also disclose information when required by law.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from within the app or by contacting us at support@talmageapp.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of a valid request.
Talmage is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us immediately.
We use industry-standard practices to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your information.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
